Our team developed a campaign designed to attract renters to Stuyvesant Town–Peter Cooper Village in New York City.

Through storyboarding, scripting, and production planning, we created a concept that positioned Beam Living’s properties as the backdrop to the return of vibrant city life—highlighting the energy, community, and lifestyle that define living in the heart of Manhattan.

I helped develop the campaign concept and script, contributing to the creative direction from early ideation through production. I was also present on set to support direction during filming and ensure the final work reflected the intended vision.
The campaign included a broadcast-caliber video, original photography, more than 60 digital assets, and collaborations with three micro-influencers.
