Rudin is one of the largest privately owned real estate companies in New York, with a portfolio of iconic Manhattan office towers and residential properties.

Our team was brought on to support the evolution of the Rudin brand across digital channels, including social media management, paid advertising, creative campaigns, and unit photography.
As Art Director on the account, I lead the creative direction across all deliverables, overseeing concept development, visual identity execution, and the work of our creative team.
My role spans campaign ideation, design oversight, and ensuring consistency across a wide range of outputs—from social content to digital advertising.
I also played a key role in launching Rudin’s Residential brand, directing a video production that introduced the offering and leading post-production to shape the final narrative and visual style.

The Challenge
Rudin asked us to develop a campaign incorporating existing footage captured by another agency for a different initiative. Our task was to transform that material into a cohesive three-film series that felt emotionally resonant and clearly told the Rudin Residential story.
The Approach
We began by building storyboards that blended the existing footage with new moments we planned to capture. To complete the narrative, we brought back talent, styling, and hair and makeup for a two-day production, capturing the missing pieces needed to unify each film.
The Concept
At the center of the campaign is a handwritten letter. Each film opens with a note thanking residents for choosing to build their lives in a Rudin home. The letter sets the tone for the series; personal, thoughtful, and grounded in appreciation, while serving as the connective thread across the campaign.
When we presented the concept, the letter resonated deeply with the Rudin family. Writing letters has long been a tradition within the Rudin family, making the creative idea both authentic to their history and meaningful for residents.
We approached the films with a deliberate balance: emotionally resonant, yet strategically aligned. Each story connects to Rudin’s core values, using clear and focused storytelling to express the care and service that define the residential experience.
